2. Select Commencement Date for Assignment [expected delivery from time of payment is 3-7 business days]
4. Use the Booking Form
5. Select your required package type from the drop down box
Note: Bookings do not constitute an order. Orders will show as pending until approved. Once your booking is approved you will receive an Information Pack with payment details
