The New Home Consultant has the crucial task of documenting accurate information which will filter through the Builders administrative process to enable the execution of the Building Contract. A New Home Consultant requires practical skills and comprehensive knowledge of New Home Building in order to provide a superior customer service to the New Homebuyer and complete the Home Order.

Becoming a New Home Consultant is a series of Workshops designed for those wishing to gain knowledge of the front end operations of New Home Building. In this Workshop 'House and Land Packaging [HLP]' Participants will learn how to source land and package a New Home. Designed to be delivered as an 'On the Job' Simulation, Participants will gain an understanding of the step by step process of New Home Packaging. Participants will be able to select a lot suited to a Home Design and prepare a House and Land Package ready for Advertising and uploading to a Website.  Participants will receive a Statement of Completion.
