The New Home Consultant has the crucial task of documenting accurate information which will filter through the Builders administrative process to enable the execution of the Building Contract. A New Home Consultant requires practical skills and comprehensive knowledge of New Home Building in order to provide a superior customer service to the New Homebuyer and complete the Home Order.

Becoming a New Home Consultant is a series of Workshops designed for those wishing to gain knowledge of the front end operations of New Home Building. In this Workshop 'Becoming a New Home Consultant Introductory/Advanced [BANHC-INT/ADV]' Participants will gain an overview of the documentation and industry jargon used by the New Home Consultant. The Advanced components of the Workshops puts all the pieces of the puzzle together – designed to be delivered as an 'On the Job' Simulation, Participants will gain an understanding of the step by step preliminary process which enables the New Home Consultant to provide information to the New Home Buyer and Builder. Participants will receive a Statement of Completion.
